Hello. My name is Steve Huff and I talk about Audio and Hi-Fi Gear as well as cool tech that I enjoy. My videos are from the heart rather than hype (unless the hype is justified and sometimes it is) and I do not do "technical" style reviews. The Icon comes in at $1199 and after using it for six weeks I have made the Icon my personal streamer within my high end system until the end of the year (2025). It may stay longer but who knows what will come my way for 2026. lol. This is a solid choice for streaming high quality music. It looks good, is built very well and sounds amazing with its dual mono dac configuration. This can be used as a preamp, streamer and DAC. It can also be used as just a streamer going into an external DAC. I tested it in all ways and this video has my thoughts.
