ASMR Metal Melting . I dumpster dive for trash to melt and visit the scrapyard often. I like to melt pretty much anything especially the normal every stuff that people just throw out and don’t think twice about. Melting metals is dangerous but very rewarding.I cast Copper,Brass,Aluminium,Silver,Nordic Gold,Bronze ETC I make a heap of alloys along the way. It doesn't get any simpler than todays melt as i melt down a heap of corroded copper pipes. I use a replica gold bar in petrobond to make a nice flat based copper bar. Now its still not perfect but its definitely one of my best copper bars i now own. Sit back put your feet up and turn off from the worries of life for the next 17mins and as always stay safe and have an awesome weekend my friends. I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder .
