The 2025 Mercedes-AMG E53 4MATIC+ ($105,000 starting in Canada, $88,000 starting in the US) is all new and has now been hybridized with electric power. This helps its 3.0 L inline-6 turbo engine make a combined 577 horsepower, 553 lb ft of torque, and gives it around 69 km (nice) of electric only range. But with all the new added tech comes some added weight that might affect how it handles on the road. So how does the new E53 hybrid drive and how does it fare against its competitors?
