Microsoft Wins vs FTC in Activision Case & the CMA Backs Down

The Microsoft FTC Trial has come to an end and Microsoft wins Activision vs the FTC concerns. That's according to the filing from Jacqueline Scott Corley who has denied the preliminary injunction allowing Microsoft acquires Activision. The CMA Microsoft talks have also begun shortly after this reveal, and outline how a small concession could allow the final days of Microsoft buying Activision to arrive.
