Video Description

Hello everyone, Welcome to The Creative Cove. My name is Michele and I am the creator behind this channel. Today’s video is a last minute one that I decided to film when I came across some free flowers. I usually do my eco dying in the summer and on the bbq but luck had it that I came across some materials and thought let’s try. You will see in the video that there are some success and some failures but that’s what I love most about eco printing. You will always get a beautiful surprise. I hope this inspires you to give it a try. It’s not at all intimidating and you can have fun experimenting with whatever you have at home. You can use lots of different things like onion skin and avocado skin, rusty bits. You an also use other mordants like vinegar, iron water * I am using alum powder as a mordant. Happy crafting!
