His work, content, and style of humor helped to inspire me not only creatively, but personally as well, and while it's been years since I've watched his content, I often looked back fondly at watching this self-proclaimed internet man-child rant about all things geeky. However, like many others, I was beyond horrified when Stephen re-entered my thoughts early this year. It’s my hope that in this video I can both give a new perspective on the man and this tragedy from the eyes of a former fan, as well as touch upon the all too common mistake of idolizing our online peers, and the risks that come with that.
