Today I’ve prepared a super practical episode all about fitting the shoulders. We will go over the main cause of shoulder issues and believe it or not, it could be a poorly fitting bust! I am sharing 4 ways to make the shoulders of a garment narrower or wider. 3 of these methods are not my favourite and the 4th method is how I do the adjustment with great results and without needing to make any changes to the sleeve.
