Neighbors Stop To Tell Me What They Think of OVERGROWN Lawn Transformation | SIDEWALKS UNUSABLE!

Hey everyone, welcome to Biglin Lawn Care. In today's video I will be removing thousands of pounds of wet overgrowth covering the sidewalks and curbs of this abandoned property. With the property being unoccupied, I decided to speak to a few neighbors before I began. They all stated that the owners moved to Georgia, but plan to fix the property and move back sometime this year. One neighbor said that he has been mowing the property to keep the tall grass down, but has not been weed eating or edging the property. Another neighbor stated that he moved into his house over 6 years ago, and the sidewalks looked exactly the way they do now back then. I started this job with the edging. I worked my way around the property removing the HUGE chunks of grass and trash as I went. Then I cut down the tall dead weeds with my weed eater and trimmed a few trees around the property. Even though the grass was not super tall, I still mowed it over once to give it a freshly manicured look. Once the sidewalks were cleared and cleaned of debris and broken bottles, the neighbors could use the sidewalks again instead of the street.
