One more clear, crisp night and then things begin to change. Early morning temperature will be in the 30s Wednesday with sunshine to start the day. Then clouds arrive in the afternoon ahead of rain moving in through the evening. Rain timing into Greater Cleveland (rain will start earlier for areas farther south) ... And once that rain arrives, we'll have plenty of it. Waves of heavy rain are a possibility Wednesday night and then again later in the day Thursday.
