Introduced in 1992, the IBM PS/Note was a range of laptop computers sold as a consumer-oriented companion to their business-oriented ThinkPads. But despite having an exceptionally good keyboard, the PS/Note laptops were unsuccessful, and were discontinued in 1994. Note: Despite being released within a few months of each other and having nearly identical specifications, the PS/Note Type 2141 that I have is actually the follow-up to the original Zenith-made PS/Note N45 SL, which was reviewed by PC Magazine. IBM's range of laptops really was a mess until they were all consolidated under the ThinkPad name in 1994. #RetroTech #ThinkPad #VintageComputing
