The attack was claimed by ‘The Resistance Front,’ believed to be a front for Lashkar-e-Taiba. The Prime Minister cut short his foreign visit. The Home Minister visited the site. Tourism in Kashmir — which had seen a sevenfold rise in the last four years — is now under a cloud. Kashmir is as fragile as it is beautiful. Why is peace here so difficult to achieve?
