I've been completely blown away by the series and it's been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. It's put us through our Billy Paces. Throughout this video we're gonna break down the ending and also talk about where we think things could be going. If you've been living under a rock or in a giant dome and havent had a chance to see it. Spoiler alert, spoiler alert, Wildcat is down. However if you have then come with us as we bunker down and go through it all. With that out the way, thank you for clicking this, now let's get into Paradise. - Ok so Paradise picks up in the aftermath of a cataclysmic world event. Going down in episode 7, we learned what happened when our planet fell apart. We discover that in the antarctic there was a supervolcanic erupition that had some devastating effects. The first of these was a sonic blast then sent out deafaning shockwaves. Ontop of this the ice caps were melted and this created a gigantic tidal. Due to it happening faster than the worst projections the world governments have been left unprepared. Well, to a certain extent. Turns out that theres actually been a secret project that invovles moving some select survivors to a refuge. A near perfect replica of an idealic city we dont actually learn this until the end of episode 1. But I swear...I swear I figured it out before then. If you've seen Silo I'm sure you'll instantly think of similarities and we have a similar sort of premise. However whereas Ive always felt like Silo kinda drags in the middle. Paradise keeps up the pace.
