Ingredients: Pistachio sponge cake All purpose flour/ Plain flour-3/4 cup (100g) Unsalted pistachio-1/4 cup (35 g)Powder it with one teaspoon sugar. Baking Powder-1 teaspoon Egg-4 ( Large eggs at room temperature) salt-1/4 teaspoon Sugar -1/2 cup ( 100 g) vanilla essence-1 teaspoon Milk sauce: Condensed milk-1/2 cup (120 ml) Evaporated milk-1 cup (250 ml) Whipping cream or full fat milk-1/4 cup(60 ml) Topping: Whipping cream-1 cup Baking: Pan size:7X7 INCHES Baking time: Preheat the oven at 180c for 10 minutes.
