Next, you'll unlock the magic of Copilot and see how it helps solve the #1 problem for beginners: what to actually build on your dashboard. Then, you’ll prompt Copilot to suggest visualizations like store performance, sales trends, or an item popularity report, and tweak the outputs to your liking. After that, you’ll learn how to manually customize charts, swap out chart types, adjust colors, and write your own titles to match your style. In the Azure Portal, create a Microsoft Fabric capacity (Size F2 or above is enabled as of May 2025) in a region supported by Copilot (i). 2. In the Fabric Admin Portal (ii), make sure the setting "Users can use a preview of Copilot and other features powered by Azure OpenAI" is turned ON. 3. If your geographic region is located outside of the US or EU, make sure the "Data sent to Azure OpenAI can be processed outside your capacity's geographic region, compliance boundary, or national cloud instance" setting is turned ON. 4. In the Fabric Admin Portal (ii), create a workspace in the Fabric capacity you created in Step #1 and assign access to that workspace. 5.
