As introvert women we know we live in a world that often equates loudness with leadership, and performance with presence. It can feel like there’s this unspoken pressure to be “on” all the time—to be bubbly, to be outgoing, to be constantly visible and constantly interacting. And if you’re an introvert, that can feel overwhelming and exhausting. But I want to tell you, You can be quiet and be powerful. You can be reserved and still be magnetic. And you can thrive in this world without pretending to be someone you’re not. I know some of my ladies have mentioned they feel their introversion may hold them back a bit when it comes to elevating their social lives and expanding their circles. So today I’ll be sharing some of the steps I’ve taken that you can use to not only survive but thrive as an introvert in a world that often doesn't see our strengths right away. We’ll cover energy management, self acceptance and pushing yourself without betraying yourself. Everything you need to understand yourself and put yourself in the best possible position every time.
