This process is called RECORD & REVIEW Step 0. Record a 5 minute video (needs to be impromptu) Step 1. Visual image review (review your body language, facial expressions & any distracting visual tics) Step 2. Vocal image review (review your melody, rate of speech, volume, tonality, use of pauses) Step 3. Transcribe your video (become aware of your filler words & non-words) I promise you if you do this process just ONCE, it will transform the way you communicate moving forward.
