Video Description
Prince Harry has lost his Court of Appeal challenge over the level of security he receives while in the UK. The Duke of Sussex's taxpayer-funded protection was downgraded in 2020, after he stopped being a working royal. He appealed, arguing that he was "singled out for different, unjustified and inferior treatment", but three judges at the Court of Appeal rejected this. Judge Sir Geoffrey Vos said the prince's team had presented "powerful and moving arguments" but he "could not say the duke's sense of grievance translated into a legal argument."
