We will turn an average chuck/cube roll into a delicious high-end roast beef, served with cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, and Yorkshire puddings, with a little bit of gravy! Roast potatoes – boil for 5 mins – oven 25 Cauliflower cheese – microwave 8 mins – bake 15 mins Carrots Microwave 6 mins Peas – stood covered in boiling water for 6 mins Yorkshire puddings 17 mins each tray – 34 mins Gravy—NOTE: I made an editing mistake. I added 1 tbsp flour before the gravy was tipped in from the instant pot. I must have deleted the clip—sorry!
