One of the most memorable concerts I went to with her was Peter gabriel at the Great Western Forum in LA in 1987. We both knew his work from Genesis, and my parents gave us both a proper Genesis and Peter Gabriel education, so we were prepared for an amazing show. Since We were in high school, and our parents also wanted to go with us, both anna's parents and my parents took us to the show. I know it sounds like a real drag, but our parents had so much fun taking us to the show and sharing such a great live music experience with us. This song, "Lay Your hands on me" is such a cool and interesting song. It has elements of african music and other experimental sounds which I think you will like. Plus, this video is just killer because it really shows you just how powerful of a live artist peter gabriel was at his height. There were very few artists who could match his artistry and stage presence.
