I utilised Deep Learning and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) models to predict Bitcoin prices in real-time. This project hinges on the Java framework, DeepLearning4J. Java's superior speed and efficient memory management put it ahead of Python in swiftly and accurately managing large datasets, making it a top choice for real-time analysis in trading. Model scores vs Iteration: This graph depicts the model's learning journey. As we parse more data, we can visually monitor the improvements in the model's performance, illuminating the effectiveness of our LSTM model. 2. Update: Parameter ratio (mean Magnitudes) Log 10: Showcasing the magnitude of parameter updates during learning allows us to pinpoint any significant or drastic shifts in the model's learning process. This insight is vital for tweaking the model to enhance its performance. 3. Standard Deviation, Gradient, and Activations charts offer a comprehensive view of the LSTM model's inner workings. The standard deviation informs us about prediction variability, the gradient direction aids in optimisation, and the activation outputs reveal the network's response at each layer. 4. The information table featured in the video presents vital data about the model and training process, including Model Type, Layers, Total Parameters, and more. Familiarising with these elements can demystify the technical aspects of the AI model, proving to be a valuable learning tool for those curious about the inner workings of AI in trading.
