Extremely delicate and light in a way that it seems too perfect for this world. After a long time away from my easel, I am very pleased to share the challenging realization of this painting with you. I said challenging because my idea was to start with 2 coats of highly saturated colors and then add a grainy, parchment-like texture using the dry brush technique, with the help of the wood texture of the support to achieve it. It didn't work. So I rolled up my sleeves and after several hours of additional work, I'm very happy with the result. I think getting out of my comfort zone and trying different approaches is a great way to learn and become better.
