Rebuilding a BMW F650 Engine! Motorcycle Restoration Project

For years, a once special but now forgotten BMW F650 has been left to its fate in storage… It doesn’t run, it’s tired, and full of mechanical problems. But now, the time has finally come to change its destiny! This restoration project will be divided into two parts. In the first part, I will completely disassemble the engine, identify all of its problems, and check the wear tolerances against factory specifications. Any parts that need to be replaced will be changed, and after the repairs, I will strip away all the old paint and oil residues before repainting it so that the engine looks like new again.
