#Restoration #BBQ #Smoker #Grill In this video I will try to restore a bbq smoker.The restoration process took about three weeks.I removed some of the surface rust with a sandblaster and then finished it with rust remover.I painted the smoker with black paint that can withstand higher temperatures.After I was done I decided to try and smoke some meat.I was able to find a 5 pound piece of brisket with the bone .It was smoked for about 5 hours at 275 F and then I finished it in an oven.It was my first time smoking meat and I was happy with the result at the end.
