Which is why, for some, retiring overseas - on a full Australian pension - is a brillianbt option. Norah Ohrt lived most of her life in Perth, Western Australia. As a single woman approaching retirement, Norah realised that if she chose to stay in Perth, with her modest means, she would likely live in poverty. So, she investigated how to retire overseas - and found that by moving her whole life to the south of Spain she could afford to live where she wanted, and how she wanted, and in incredible style. This is how Norah did it. Portions of this story originally aired on Sunday Night in 2019.
