Russia and Ukraine have carried out a prisoner exchange of people severely wounded and those under the age of 25. The Russian Defense Ministry says the first group were returned from areas controlled by Kyiv. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the exchange will be done in several stages in the coming days.
