In this video I show you how to make your own Sausage Meat which you can use for a variety things, including Sausage Rolls, forcemeat stuffing, etc. Sausage Meat Recipe 1 kilo Pork Belly pork is best ( or 70% lean pork & 30% Fat pork) 135g fine breadcrumbs or rusk 36g seasoning (use 36g of any of the seasoning recipe I’ve given to each Kilo of meat) 300g Ice COLD Water 500g Shop bought Puff Pastry Other Seasoning Recipes Please Note: These recipes make MORE than required for the above recipe, use ONLY 36g of seasoning for each kilo of pork.
