Not just your Pumpkin Spiced Lattes, but amazing dishes from the fall harvest. I recently got to encounter this in spades.. one in my home area of Vancouver for a gourmet dinner and another just a hop down the border to Seattle for an amazing Asian buffet. I got to experience an amazing event from the folks at @123festivals with Chef Grace from @TwoChefsAndAKnife as a guest to enjoy a great evening surrounded by the gorgeous mountains and oceans as well as a gourmet dinner. A great way to spend the afternoon and evening with great views, great food, and great friends. And it gets better as I found out that there was another buffet in Seattle. Really impressed with more and more restaurants and buffets opening up and I couldn't resit to pay a quick visit to the Mandarin Buffet in the Redmond area. A large Asian-American buffet offering up freshly grilled steaks at the hibachi station; a large array of sushis and sashimis at the Japanese station; and endless rows of crab, scallops, roasts, and all the authentic Chinese dishes you want at the main buffet station. Oh, and if you feel like Dim Sum, they've got one of the best; from the traditional shrimp dumplings to the adventurous stewed tripe. An amazing deal for only $31 during their weekend dinner.
