This week @DesignerHomeTours are back at the Kips Bay Showhouse in Palm Beach; a decorator showhouse where the best interior designers in the US each design a room, and all proceeds go to charity. This year the recipients include the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. ​The property was built in 2007 and offers a deep-water dock that is just minutes from the Palm Beach inlet. The home is replete with a gated entry, elevator, chef's kitchen, fantastic outdoor spaces, perfect for entertaining, with an oversized balcony, covered loggia, a separate guest/staff suite with a full kitchen that sits above the garage, a large pool, all with spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway. This will be the first Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach that is located directly on the Intercoastal Waterway.
