Hello, I’m Chris. Thanks for stopping by the channel I’m a baker from Dublin Ireland living in Denmark. Baking is my passion. I see it as a way to express myself. Approximates 4 cups of Strong Bread Flour 2/3 cup of lukewarm water 2/3 cup of milk 4 tsp of instant dry yeast 1 tsp of sugar 1 tsp of salt Half a stick of butter Preheat the oven to 250C. Reduce the temperature to 220C once you place the rolls inside and bake for 25 minutes
