Clara Baldwin, with over a decade in Deaf Education, is dedicated to enhancing the lives and learning experiences of Deaf and Hard of Hearing children. Her expertise lies in connecting with families and fostering educational growth. Clara’s vision for Anchorage revolves around empathy, American Sign Language integration, and community mobilization, aiming to establish it as the foremost deaf-friendly city in the U.S. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
