I never knew if I'd ever run another 100-mile week, and every time I tried to build up, I would face setbacks and roadblocks. But 10 weeks ago, I set out on a quest to conquer the distance again. I was tired of feeling like I would never be able to get to that level, and I felt like the cards were still on the table. That's what this video is about.
