HISTORY, I GUESS MOMENT PRE-ULTRAKILL's EXISTENCE LORE: How exactly did we get here? Well, it all started when Hakita got his first PC back in the mid 2000’s and got into Game Maker, just for the funsies. He only started to seriously get into game development when he was thinking about his education, “What are things I like? I like movies, I like music. Well, I didn’t get into any movie or music schools so uh screw it I’ll do game development”. And he fell in love with it. Him and one of his friends from school actually got together at one point and had their first serious attempt at making a game, a stealth game in fact, but he was told that the game was kinda boring. So, he took that advice to heart and would make “fun” the focal point of whatever he’d make next. And you know exactly what he made next.
