정말 맛있는 바게트 [바게트] [재료] T55 225g (없으면 중력분) 물 170g 이스트 2g 소금 4g 1. 물은 약간 차갑게 사용하세요 2. 성형할 때 기포가 빠지지 않게 조심히 만져주고 반죽은 작업대에 붙지 않게 중간중간 작업대에 밀가루를 뿌려주세요 3. 오븐은 240℃로 40분 동안 충분히 예열해 주세요 4. 칼집은 한번에 확 그어야 예쁘게 나옵니다 (자신이 없으신 분은 저처럼 밑그림을 그리고 그어주세요) 5. 시간은 걸리지만 별거 없습니다^^ 완성된 빵이 나왔을 때 얼마나 행복한지 몰라요~ 도전!! instagram❤️ http://www.instagram.com/table_diary_ #바게트만들기 #빵만들기 #홈베이킹
