Please keep in mind this is used to rank JUST the cursed techniques not the users of the techniques. Power: This refers to the raw power a technique gives a user, regardless of the conditions. This criteria was used created first because this is a ranking list based on combat. Versatility: A good cursed technique must be usable in any circumstances. Without versatility, raw strength doesn't matter, as the technique can be easily subverted if it cannot adapt to different battle grounds. Drawbacks: This criteria acted as a subtraction when ranking. There are a lot of cursed techniques that are good but have some limitations or some sort of condition to use. I felt it was important to take these drawbacks/conditions into account and this was the easiest way to do that.
