G’day legends — Ali and I are back with what might be our favourite Warning performance yet. Today we’re reacting to THE WARNING – “23” (Live from Pepsi Center CDMX) and this one absolutely wrecked us. This isn’t just another great live track — this is Pau stepping into full lead-vocal mode while drumming an emotional banger… and she absolutely nails it. The control she has — hitting those delicate, heartbreaking lines while smashing out a tight, dynamic drum performance — is just unreal. It’s rare to see a drummer sing. It’s even rarer to see a drummer sing this well. And it’s almost unheard of to see someone drumming AND leading a song with this level of emotion and power. Ali and I were completely floored. Every fill, every hit, every vocal run — pure goosebumps. And of course, Dany and Ale are right there elevating everything. Dany’s guitar textures and harmonies lock in perfectly, and Ale brings that warm, melodic low-end that ties the whole thing together. The sister synergy in this performance is off-the-charts. “23” already hits hard on the Keep Me Fed album, but live? It’s devastating… in the best way. You can feel the ache in every line. And the crowd in Mexico takes it to another level — thousands of voices singing like they’re part of the band. The Pepsi Center energy is absolutely electric.
