This Project Zomboid mod completely transforms the game into a brutal survival nightmare where zombies evolve over time, infections spread through the air, and every decision can get you killed. Inspired by the Plague Inc. Necroa Virus, this overhaul introduces escalating difficulty, smarter infected, and a constant sense that the world is getting worse no matter what you do. I tried to survive as long as possible against an ever-changing threat, but this might be the most unforgiving way to play Project Zomboid.
