Flavorful Meat Sauce And Spaghetti Recipe Cooking With Tammy Seasoning: https://cookingwithtammy.shop/ Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEwJRNe8bUJw-3H9jzXuFSw/join Subscribe to my channel and press the bell button to get notifications every time I post new recipes Meat Sauce And Spaghetti Recipe 2.25 lb ground beef (ground chuck or preferred) 1 large or - 2 med. onions diced 4 cloves garlic chopped 1 1/2 tsp adobo 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp basil paste or 1/2 tsp fresh basil chopped 1 1/2 cups bell peppers diced 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2- 24oz jars of pasta sauce 2 Roma tomatoes diced 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped 2 tbsp fresh parsley 2 green onions/scallions chopped 3 sprigs thyme 1 1/2 tbsp light brown sugar or sugar substitute parmesan cheese freshly grated Brown the meat, drain the excess oil and add the onions and chopped garlic. Cook and combine until fragrant. Add adobo, garlic, and onion powder, and combine. Add the chopped onions and bell peppers, and cook until slightly softened. Add Worcestershire sauce and paprika and combine. After 5 minutes add tomato sauce and tomatoes and combine. Cover with a lid and allow to come to a slow simmer. Add the herbs, thyme, cilantro, parsley, basil paste, dried oregano, and Italian seasoning and combine. Add the sugar and combine. Reduce the heat and allow the sauce to come to a slow simmer. Serve with your favorite pasta, and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!!
