Many of us assumed that when Blackmagic Design released version 1.1 of the Camera App (a couple of months ago) and announced support for the Nucleus M and Nucleus Nano, that the Tilta's New Nucleus Nano II was included. It was NOT… that is… until NOW… On December 24th, 2023, Tilta released a new firmware for the Nucleus Nano II hand wheel controller for wireless controlling Focus, Iris and Zoom on many cameras. The new firmware allows the Nucleus Nano II to be used with an iPhone running the Blackmagic Camera App. It currently only works with Focus, Zoom and Record. There is NO control for Iris or Exposure of any kind at this time. NOTE: This Demo was created with the iPhone 12 Pro Max (A14 Bionic).
