We continue to explore the true size of armies in Warhammer 40,000. This particular episode focuses on a Cadian Line Infantry Regiment. But to preface this subject we first explore the role of Regiments in the broader Imperial Guard and the myriad forms they can take. We then choose the Cadians as the prime example of the Imperium's finest source of Regiments. Time is spent reviewing the history of Cadia and its martial characteristics. The Cadian armed forces are described from the Planetary Defense Forces of its Interior Guard to its Shock Trooper and Elite Kaskrin Units which are recruited for service across the Imperium. Several high level examples of their organization is presented. Finally we then review an indicative model of a Cadian Infantry Regiment in 3D from ground up.
