President Trump unveiled a $12 billion farm aid package at a round-table meeting with cabinet members and American farmers on Monday. $11 billion will be given to row-crop farmers and an additional $1 billion will be sorted out for specialty crops. This comes as Trump is expected to visit Pennsylvania on Tuesday to discuss the U.S. economy, with the White House pointing to cheaper gas and falling rent prices. The Trump administration is rolling out a billion-dollar plan to make America’s airports healthier and more family-friendly. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy unveiled the initiative on Monday at Reagan National Airport. He outlined new federal grants to help airports improve traveler health and comfort. The upgrades could include healthier food choices, expanded nursing spaces, children’s play areas and even workout stations. Democrats and reporters are pressuring President Trump to release footage of a military strike that killed two alleged drug smugglers who survived an earlier strike. During a heated exchange, Trump explained to a reporter why he's directing the strikes in the first place, telling her every boat strike saves 25,000 American lives.
