I'm Alec Steele, I make stuff out of metal and share the process in weekly videos. Lately that’s meant forgewelding weird alloys together, making my own tools, repairing 100 year old machines, and chasing ideas that sometimes work and sometimes very much don’t. The shop is where I learn, screw up, fix it, and (hopefully) in the end, make something cool. My goal is to get you itching to make something too, so if my videos make you want to pick up a hammer or turn on your belt grinder, that's great!
