Days after British Prime Minister Keir Starmer made an extraordinary intervention to allow Maccabi Tel Aviv fans to visit Birmingham despite their questionable record, the unruly behaviour of the same group of fans led to the cancellation of a derby match in Tel Aviv on Sunday. Local MP Ayoub Khan has wasted no opportunity in taking a dig at Starmer and others who supported the entry of Maccabi fans into Birmingham. Meanwhile, Netanyahu has once again violated the ceasefire in Gaza days after Donald Trump’s envoy Steve Witkoff talked about the betrayal from the Israeli PM.
