VW 1600 DP to 2110 conversion. Lets look at some internal engine parts required to make a 82mm stroke with 90.5mm bore fit inside a New AS41 engine case. This is just an informal discussion out in the garage looking at parts and answering questions. Not intended to be a step by step assemble and run vid. Also a chance to meet my new shop Dog and see some record breaking snow. I like to share information about how I do things and constantly experiment with my own idea's. My objective is to build more practical horsepower at lower RPM where I spend most of my time driving and have it live as long as a stock factory build in a 4 season car. I'm not after Peak Horsepower and racing. Those engines can be fun but usually don't last very long IMHO.
