Over the years, I’ve learned that trying to simplify life isn’t just about decluttering your home or owning fewer things. It’s about shifting your mindset, breaking old habits, and creating a life that actually feels lighter, not just looks minimal on the surface. And along the way, I’ve made plenty of mistakes. Some seemed like great ideas at the time, but instead of making things easier, they made things more complicated, stressful, or just didn’t have the impact I expected. And that’s the tricky part, sometimes, what seems like the right step toward simplicity actually does the opposite. It’s easy to fall into common traps, whether it’s going too extreme, focusing on the wrong things, or expecting instant results. That’s why I’m sharing my own mistakes in this video.
