MAJOR SPOILERS - FFVII Rebirth Aerith's death in Rebirth confused everyone, but the more we rewatched it, the more we realized that her fate is the same as the OG, and that she only lives in Cloud's illusory world. I have always wanted to see what that sequence looks like if we isolate the "real" scenes from Cloud's world. And while the change is small, it further emphasizes the divide inside Cloud's mind. Just like FF7 and the whole series, the FF7 Rebirth music is goated, but removing it allows us to better feel the weight of that scene. I am sure we will revisit it in part 3, until then, this is my attempt to clearly split the two realities, and give more insight into what Cloud and the others experienced.
