Crumble: 3 tbsp oats + 1 tbsp flour + 1 tbsp unsalted butter/coconut oil + 1 tbsp maple syrup/honey + cinnamon + salt + PECANS! Combine crumble. In a bowl, microwave chopped apples for 1 min, then add sugar and spices. Top with crumble and microwave for 2 more mins. Add ice cream! 😋 â†Ș OR OVEN: put crumble on apples and bake at 375F for 20 mins â†Șuse quaker oats packet: Crumble: 1 packet of brown sugar Quaker Oats or apple cinnamon +1 tbsp flour + 2 tbsp butter/coconut oil + pumpkin spice/cinnamon Directions- Preheat the oven to 375F. add crumble on top of the apple mixture bake for 20-25 minutes or until the oats are golden brown. â†ȘThe best banana bread i’ve ever made: https://bit.ly/3QRLg5J â†ȘChinese tea eggs: https://bit.ly/3MROrJl â†ȘMother Sun’s Bean Soup (we don’t measure anything so this are all estimates) Kidney, Mung, Black-eyed beans: 60g each Red beans: 120g Short Grain Sweet rice: 100g Water: 1200ml Brown sugar: 60g Soak Kidney, Mung, Red, Black-eyed beans in 500ml water overnight. Soak Sweet rice for 1 hour. Combine all beans in a pan, add 1200ml water, bring to boil, then simmer. Add rice when beans are soft. Cook for another hour until soup thickens (or use a slow cooker overnight).
