RECIPES FROM THE VIDEO: Berry Protein Smoothie Ingredients:     •    1 cup almond milk     •    1 tbsp nut butter (any kind—peanut, almond, cashew)     •    ½ cup frozen berries & 1 frozen banana     •    2 scoops protein powder (your choice)     •    1 tsp hemp seeds     •    A few ice cubes (optional, for thickness)     •    ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor) - mine is unflavored (I use SPROUT living) Instructions:     1.    Add all ingredients to a blender.     2.    Blend until smooth and creamy.     3.    Adjust thickness with more almond milk or ice as needed.     4.    Pour, sip, and enjoy!
