Austria-Hungary is not known as a competent power in the Great War, from failing to capitulate Serbia in 1914, to faltering against Russia several times, and at one point they tried to sue for peace separately with the Sixtus Affair, which failed and they became very influenced by Germany. Eventually, the Empire disintegrated and Austria-Hungary and the Habsburg monarchy was no more, however what if we turn Austria-Hungary around, make some positive reforms where they can capitulate Serbia in 1914, hold off the Russians in Galicia, or even push them back, and potentially seizing much of Northern Italy, maybe even getting the Italians out of the war by early 1918.
