In this video, we head to a trans rights protest after the UK Supreme Court ruled that the legal definition of "woman" refers to biological sex. The court case, For Women Scotland vs the Scottish Ministers, had been ongoing for years. The decision brings clarity to which spaces men and women can access, regardless of gender identity. It has also reignited debate around whether the “T” in LGBT is fully compatible with the interests of the LGB community. The trans community came out in full force, believing their trans rights are under threat. This was the largest transgender protest in a long time. Join me.
