Which Is The Best Body Fat Scale? 8 Electrode Edition (vs DEXA!)

I spent 12 weeks trying to find out which is the best body fat smart scale to buy. I weighed myself twice a week, weighed 10 friends and family, and even trained one of my arms in the gym to see which scales detect a muscle imbalance. The results give me confidence that at least some of these devices are accurate enough when compared with the DEXA scan I had in week 11, and that they can be used to track meaningful changes over time.
